Up to four people, a queen bed and a queen pull out couch

Two night minimum stay is required for reservations on a weekend such as: Thursday/Friday, Friday/Saturday, Saturday/Sunday

Weekly (7 nights) rate is $750

Also available adjacent to the apartment is a rustic themed 900 square foot multi-use space that is ideal for meetings, dinners, etc.  The space has its own own central heat and air system with table and chairs to accommodate up to 40 people.  Any use of the space that includes non-overnight registered guests must be pre-approved, certain restrictions apply, consult with the owners.  

A $100.00 deposit is due at the time of booking to reserve your dates.   After your stay the $100.00 deposit is refundable pending inspection of the property.  The balance of the total stay is due 7 days or more from your check in date.  The deposit, and your booking dates, may be forfeited if full payment is not made  7 days or more from your arrival date.     A valid credit card must be presented at the time of arrival, along with proper government ID, this card will remain on file and may be charged  for any damage or missing items discovered after your departure.  Bigg's Barn LLC reserve the right to complete background checks on any guests after reservations are made. 

We do not want to charge an exorbitant up front cleaning fee like many locations, rather we believe in allowing you the opportunity to keep costs down by participating in the care of our facility during your stay and upon departure.   Please do not leave any food items, take it with you or throw it in the trash along with any other garbage.  If you use dishes, pans, etc, please rinse them off and leave them out  to dry.   A cleaning fee may be applicable after your stay if there are items beyond the routine cleaning or for damaged/missing items such as, but not limited to, stains in furniture, bedding, or towels, damage to walls, removal of excessive pet hair, et.c, you will be notified with any such charges.   An additional cleaning deposit for pets may be applicable.  

Cancellations made 14 days or more from the check in date will receive a refund of the deposit.  No refund for cancellations made less than 14 days.
