For stays longer than six nights, please consult with the owners.

Includes use of the banquet room, table, chairs, and outdoor patio area.  Access the day before to decorate may be available if there are no other renters present.   If alcohol will be served, proof of individual liquor liability insurance must be presented a minimum of 7 days prior to the event.   Teardown, clean-up, and check-out must be completed no later than 11:00pm.

A $150.00 deposit for the first night is due at the time of booking to reserve your date(s), this may be paid via Venmo or cash.  The balance of the total stay is due no later than 7 days prior to your check in date unless other arrangements are made ahead of time.  The deposit, and your booking dates, may be forfeited if full payment is not made  7 days or more from your arrival date.     A valid credit card must be presented at the time of arrival, along with proper government ID, this card will remain on file and may be charged  for any damage, missing items, etc that is discovered after your departure.  Bigg's Barn LLC reserve the right to complete background checks on any guests after reservations are made.   

We do not want to charge an exorbitant up front cleaning fee like many locations, rather we believe in allowing you the opportunity to keep costs down by participating in the care of our facility during your stay and upon departure.   Please do not leave any food items, take it with you or throw it in the trash along with any other garbage.  If you use dishes, pans, etc, please rinse them off and leave them out  to dry.   A cleaning fee may be applicable after your stay if there are items beyond the routine cleaning or for damaged/missing items such as, but not limited to, stains in furniture, bedding, or towels, damage to walls, removal of excessive pet hair, etc, you will be notified with any such charges.   An additional cleaning deposit for pets may be applicable.  

Cancellations made 14 days or more from the check in date will receive a refund of the deposit.  No refund for cancellations made less than 14 days.
